Who is responsible

Work records in the app

VeriDiem stores customers, projects, work items, sessions, notes, and app settings on your device. Core work logging works without an account or internet connection. VeriDiem does not require you to upload these work records to a developer-operated server.

Backups and exports you choose

You can create backups and export reports. If you save a backup to iCloud Drive or another cloud-backed location through Apple’s Files interface, that storage provider processes the file under its own terms and privacy policy. Shared reports and backups can contain customer names, work details, time records, and notes. You choose where to save or send them; removing the app does not delete copies saved elsewhere.

Optional product analytics

If you opt in to product analytics in the app, VeriDiem uses PostHog to measure limited app interactions and help improve the product. Analytics is optional and can be turned off in the app’s settings. Customer and project names, work item titles, note text, and the content of your work records are not intended to be sent as analytics events. PostHog may process technical information associated with events, such as device or operating-system details and network information. The app does not use analytics for advertising, and session replay and automatic screen capture are not enabled. See PostHog’s privacy policy.

Messages to us

If you email [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to answer your request or investigate the issue. The mailbox is hosted through Namecheap. We retain support correspondence as needed to provide support, keep a useful record of the issue, and meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion by emailing support, subject to those obligations. Please do not send passwords, customer secrets, or complete backups unless necessary.

This website

The VeriDiem website has no contact form, advertising scripts, or intentionally added visitor analytics. Namecheap hosts the site and Cloudflare helps deliver and secure it. These providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser details, and server logs, as part of providing their services. Apple services and purchases

Apple handles App Store downloads and subscription transactions. Apple may process purchase, diagnostic, or usage information under its own policies and your device settings. See Apple’s privacy policy. We do not receive your payment-card details from Apple.

Your choices and requests

You can manage and export records in the app. Archiving retains records; deleting app data and deleting backups are separate actions. Removing VeriDiem does not remove exported files, shared reports, or backups stored elsewhere. You can turn off optional analytics in the app. To ask about information sent to us, including access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected].
